Why do we only support Internet Explorer 8?

Here is the answer: We encourage our users to use of these types of browsers, we would encourage you to use IE 6 and 7 but, unfortunately, that is not possible since IE 6 only supports TLS 1.0, which our current host (neocities) doesn't use.
Please stay informed about when are we going to change our neocities hosting to regular HTTP.
